The Dining Room

With a variety of dining chairs around old wooden tables set with crisp linen napkins, walls featuring shelves of bottles and decanters and a large bookcase displaying antique food and wine related books, the cosy dining room is a charming place to sit for a leisurely lunch or an intimate dinner.

Our menu choices include hearty pub classics such as beer battered fish and chips, steak and ale pastry pie, gammon steak and homemade beef lasagne as well as our daily changing blackboard with seasonal specials featuring line caught fish and local beef, lamb and wild game.

Game features heavily on our menu when in season and is sourced from the surrounding estates.
