We have a small talented team in our kitchen overseen by our head chef, Craig Loveridge.
All of the dishes on our menus are freshly prepared and cooked to order on the premises. Our produce is always of the season, is locally sourced wherever possible and delivered daily.
We are renowned for our quality local beef, lamb, wild game (pigeon, pheasant, partridge, rabbit and venison) from the surrounding estates and fresh local fruit and vegetables many of which are supplied by the villagers themselves. Our fish is line caught from the Essex coast and crab is fresh from Cromer.
You can choose to eat in The Taproom or The Dining Room and on sunny days in the Garden or on the Terrace with fantastic views of the surrounding countryside and the Ter Valley.
We are a great British pub serving good, honest, quality food and drink at affordable prices.
